​I am a seasoned banking professional with a background in health education, project management, and professional development.

 

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Health Education with a specialization in Community Health Promotion from the University of Florida and a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Project Management. Together, these experiences have shaped my approach to learning and development: understanding how people learn, identifying opportunities for growth, and turning ideas into structured programs that create meaningful results.

 

Throughout my academic, professional, and volunteer experiences, I have developed skills in curriculum development, educational program design, facilitation, communication, project coordination, and continuous improvement. I enjoy taking complex information and transforming it into learning experiences that are engaging, accessible, and applicable to the people they are designed to serve.
